¾ cup (1½ sticks) salted butter, softened to room temperature
1 cup packed light brown sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

2 cups powdered sugar
5 tablespoons milk

Prepare the Cake Batter:
