2–3 fresh jalapeños, sliced (seeds removed for less heat)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon lime juice
Prepare the Chicken:
Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, cumin, and paprika.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Sauté the Jalapeños and Garlic:
In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the sliced jalapeños and minced garlic.
Sauté for 2–3 minutes, until the jalapeños are softened and the garlic is fragrant.
Make the Creamy Sauce:
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and cook until the cheese has melted and the sauce has thickened slightly.
Add the lime juice and stir to combine.
Combine Chicken with Sauce:
Return the cooked chicken breasts to the skillet.
Spoon the sauce over the chicken and simmer for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
