Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Optional garnish: sliced green onions or extra buffalo sauce
Directions
In a crockpot, combine shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo wing sauce, and ranch dressing. Stir to mix well.
Add in the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese, reserving a small amount to sprinkle on top. Stir again until everything is combined.
Cover and cook on low for 2 to 3 hours, stirring occasionally until hot and bubbly.
Before serving, sprinkle the reserved cheese on top, cover again for 5-10 minutes to melt the cheese.
