Crust:
1½ cups chocolate chip cookie crumbs (about 10 cookies)

1 cup powdered sugar
2 cups whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)
Chocolate Pudding Layer:
2 (3.9 oz) packages instant chocolate pudding mix
3½ cups cold milk
Topping:
1 cup mini chocolate chips
