1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon red food coloring
1 teaspoon white vinegar
½ cup (120ml) buttermilk

8 oz (226g) cream cheese, softened
½ cup (115g) unsalted butter, softened
4 cups (480g) powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
