Full Recipe:
2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1½-inch pieces
2 pounds potatoes, cut into 1½- to 2-inch chunks
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon kosher salt
¾ teaspoon ground black pepper
½ teaspoon paprika
1 cup creamy Parmesan garlic sauce (e.g., Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Sauce)
½ cup water or chicken stock
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Prepare the Potatoes:
Place the cut potatoes into the bottom of the slow cooker.
