8 oz (225 g) cream cheese
2 cups (360 g) shredded cooked chicken
½ cup (90 g) buffalo hot sauce (e.g., Frank’s RedHot)
½ cup (125 g) ranch dressing
½ cup (115 g) shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup (115 g) crumbled blue cheese (optional)
2 tbsp chopped chives or parsley (for garnish)
Place the cream cheese in a shallow, microwave safe ceramic or glass dish. Microwave on medium-high (500W) for 30 seconds to soften.
Add the shredded chicken, buffalo hot sauce, ranch dressing, ¼ cup of cheddar cheese, ¼ cup of blue cheese (if using), and 1 tablespoon of chives or parsley. Stir until well combined.
Spread the mixture evenly in the dish. Microwave on high (800W) for 1 minute. Stir, then microwave for an additional 1 minute.
