Full Recipe:
4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
¼ cup packed light brown sugar
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Lemon wedges, for serving
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Prepare the glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Glaze the salmon: Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Spoon the glaze evenly over the top of each fillet, ensuring they are well-coated.
Bake the salmon: Transfer the baking sheet to the preheated oven and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork. The internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C).
Serve: Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
