Speeders are very fast. They  move with the help of repulsors within the gravitational field floating above the surface. They could be used to transport people and many items. Speeders need a driver to drive them. Even a droid can be a driver if programmed properly. There are small, medium, big, and special speeders. Small can transport a maximum of 1 person, but medium can transport a maximum of 2 people. Big speeders are specific and faster than others. They can transport four people. They could take a lot of items. They are very fast because of their boosters.

Speeders were used by many people. They are very popular on planet Tatoinee because they perform very well on sand. Tatoinee is the planet where they came up with that idea. It’s hard to create speeders, but many people were created en masse. There are many creators of them. Many companies built racers because they were profitable.

There are many types of speeders. Most known are the Landspeeder (X-34), Swoop (Zephyr-G), Skiff (Bantha II), Airspeeder (XJ-2), Sail Barge, Podracer, Speeder (LAVr QH-7 Chariot), Speeder bike (Maverick), Airspeeder (Cloud Car), and Speeder bike (74-Z). The most special speeder is the Podracer.It's a speeder that Anakin Skywalker built for the race that he won.
