Dexter "Dex" Jettster, nicknamed Dexi Jet, is a male Besalisk adventurer and diner owner with a colorful background. Jettster is 1.88 meters tall, has a dark brown mustache, yellow eyes and tanned brown skin. He lives on the planet Coruscant and is the owner of Dex's Diner. Serving mostly the hard-working people of the area, this eatery offers home-cooked meals and freshly brewed ardees ("Jawa juice"). Jettster worked as a chef and hired two waitresses, Hermione Bagwa and her waitress droid partner WA-7, FLO.

History/Background Body Paragraph:

During the High Republic Era, Jettster was famous for his ability to search hyperspace and worked closely with his friend Pirate Queen Maz Kanata, spreading tales of her and her pirate crew throughout the galaxy. Shortly before the Clone Wars, Jedi Knight Obi-Wan Kenobi went to Dex's Diner to see if his old friend, the Jettster, could identify a poisoned dart. Although little was known about the planet Kamino, Jettster had known since his days as an explorer on Subterrel and was able to identify the shuriken as originating from Kamino. Furthermore, he knows about the native inhabitants, the Kaminoans, who clone some reputation and keep to themselves but welcome those who bring credit. Jettster gently chided his old friend Kenobi, who as a Jedi should have placed more faith in the intelligence of others than the droids in the Analysis Room.

Jettster is a very friendly person and hugs and kisses his friend Kenobi. He was even willing to help the Jedi Knight identify a poisoned dart used to kill bounty hunter Zam Wesell and provide information about the isolated Kaminoan species.
