General Information Body Paragraph:

In the age when the Galactic Republic was weakened in 1100-1000 BBY, the Jedi Order rallied many Knights to travel across the galaxy and protect sectors in which they were assigned to. Over time, many of these Knights became respected among those they were to protect, and showered them with gifts from manors to even castles, which is where the unofficial title of Jedi Lord came into existence. Over this time period many came to pass on this title to their children as a hereditary claim, but many renounced this title when the Ruusan Reformation began to take place and bring about a new systematic order to the galaxy.

History/Background Body Paragraph:

 Nearing the end of the New Sith Wars, the Galactic Republic wasn’t able to protect any worlds outside the core worlds of the galaxy. In response to the never ending threat and influence of the Sith outside of republic control, the Jedi took it upon themselves to find ways to keep hope in these abandoned sectors. Doing so gave many citizens of these worlds hope and appreciation for their protectors, offering them many things to the point where they became unofficial leaders of worlds and sectors both politically, and militaristically.

 Additional Information Body Paragraph:

 As the number of Jedi Lords grew to power within the middle and outer territories, pushing the fight back against the Sith, many had offspring and gave their title to their children, who continued the fight and control. This eventually led to the rise of the Army of Light, which waged a final battle against the Brotherhood of Darkness of the Sith, leading to the eventual demise of both by use of a thought bomb. In the end, those that were Lords renounced their titles and claims to their controlled sectors, returning to the Order and bringing peace to the galaxy once more as the Ruusan Reformation occurred.
