The Je’daii Order
General Information Body Paragraph:
The Je’daii Order was an order of Force-sensitive individuals that focused on balance more than the light or dark side of the Force. Je'daii saw the Force in 3 aspects: The Ashla (Light), the Bogan (Dark), and the Bendu (balance). This organization presided on the planet of Tython. In the night sky of Tython, Je'daii observed the two moons of Tython that represented aspects of the Force. The Ashla moon was covered in light, representing the light side, and the Bogan moon was shrouded in darkness, representing the dark. If a Je’daii were to fall to the light or dark side of the Force, the Je’daii would exile the member to their respective moon, where they would meditate until they found balance again. The Order would later split due to a threat from the Rakatan Infinite Empire. This schism was known as the first conflict between the dark and light aspects of the Force. These conflicts are known most commonly as the Force Wars. Of course, these conflicts devastated Tython, which would result in a collapse in its biosphere due to a cataclysmic event.
History/Background Body Paragraph:
The foundation of the Je’daii Order all begins with the Tho Yor ships. The Tho Yor ships consisted of 9 ships that carried Force-sensitive individuals of a multitude of different species to the highly Force-sensitive planet of Tython. There, these Force-sensitive individuals soon discovered the purpose that the Tho Yor ships brought them there for. They were to study the Force. They found that Tython would react with violent retaliations of nature in response to an imbalance in the Force. Basically, it wouldn’t allow an individual to serve only one side of the Force. The Force-sensitives later founded the Je’daii order, taking the name from the language of the Dai bendu monks.
Additional Information Body Paragraph:
To become a Je’daii master, you would need to journey to all nine temples. These nine temples were the original Tho Yor ships that carried the Tythan pilgrims to Tython. At each temple, an individual would learn a new skill or lesson. The order was led by a council, much like our Jedi Council today. This council consisted of 9 individuals, who were all masters of one of the Je’daii temples. Another name for these councilors were the Je’daii Temple Masters.
