DC-15A blaster rifle

The DC-15A blaster rifle known as the DC-15 Blaster rifle was classed as a heavy blaster rifle it was used in the Clone Wars by both the Galactic Republic and the separatists and was a stronger and more long-range weapon used by heavy troops. The DC-15 would fire blue blaster shoots the rifle weight was 4.15 kilograms and its colour was black it had a nonconducting stock which improved the balance of the rifle as well as the recoil. On the rifle, there was a gas pressure dial located near the trigger right next to the ammo which was a blaster power pack. Behind the iron sights there was a power amplifier this was nearer the middle of the rifle on the right-hand side of the sights was a power adjuster switch which as it suggests changed the power setting of the rifle. Under the rifle was a sniper scope which could be detached and attached to the iron sights. The blaster rifle utilised Tibanna gas cartridges and ammunition. When a user let us say a clone pulled the trigger a gas release valve released a little amount of tibanna into the rifle where the ignitor would transform it into plasma this would then be transferred into the expansion chamber where it would be focused into a particle beam.

History

Before the invasion of Naboo a Jedi Master of the Jedi High Council concluded that the galaxy would be plunged into war. Fearing the worst for the Galactic Republic, he requested an army be created for the Galactic Republic to define itself from any threats that may face them. He was dismissed from the council, but this did not stop him he contacted the Kaminoans and requested an army be built. Using the DNA of a bounty hunter and Mandalorian known as Jango Fett they used him as a template for the Republic's army.

Extra Information

The DC-15A  blaster rifle was favoured by many clones some of these clones being from the 501st Legion who considered the DC-15 was easy to wield. Recon scout troops preferred this weapon as it supplied them with long-range while also being semi-automatic, also clone commanders preferred this weapon like the commander of the Galactic Marines CC-1138 going by the nickname of Bacara also the clone commander CC-2224 name Cody the commander of the 212th legion and so did CC- 6454 ponds of the 91st attack battalion in 22BBY the Galactic Republic made contact with Separatist forces on Geonosis bigging the war known to us as the clone wars in this war the DC-15A was used in most of the battles in this war by both sides of the war
