The 41st Elite Corps was a military branch of the greater 9th Assault Corps harbored by the Grand Army of the Republic during the era of the Clone Wars. The 41st Elite Corps was led by Jedi General Luminara Unduli, Clone Commander CC-1004 ‘Gree’ and briefly Grandmaster Yoda and Padawan Barriss Offee. The 41st Elite Corps armor featured dark and forest green accents on their plating and members of the Scout Battalion squad wore specialized armor with unique camo plates and ARF Trooper helmets. The unit comprised thirty-six thousand, eight hundred and sixty-four clones.

History/Background Body Paragraph:

The 41st Elite Corps was created shortly after the first batch of clones were trained on Kamino somewhere between 28 and 22 BBY. Shortly after the First Battle of Geonosis, the 41st Legion was put under the direct command of General Luminara Unduli and Clone Commander CC-1004 ‘Gree’. The 41st Elite Corps were responsible for the initial capture of Confederacy of Independent Leader, Viceroy Nute Gunray in 22 BBY. Due to complications with the Separatist counter-strike and a rogue Senate Commando, Gunray escaped the control of the 41st. Later, the 41st Elite Corps were sent back to Geonosis to engage in a re-capture of the planet with the help of the 501st Legion and Jedi General Anakin Skywalker. In the ending stages of the Clone Wars in 19 BBY, the Scout Battalion of the 41st Elite Corps was sent to Kashyyyk to support the Wookiees against the Confederacy of Independent Systems led by Grandmaster Yoda with supporting leadership of General Luminara Unduli and Commander Gree. As the battle went on, Order 66 was enacted by Darth Sidious. As Commander Gree and Captain Jek attempted to assassinate Grandmaster Yoda, Yoda swifty decapitated the two clones and escaped from the city. The 41st Elite Corps would be disbanded shortly after the rise of the Galactic Empire in place of Imperial Scout Troopers.

When the 41st Elite Corps executed Order 66 on Kashyyyk, they oddly did not execute Master Luminara Unduli–instead holding her captive and leaving the Inquisitorious to torture her to death.
