AT-TE is a wonderful fighting machine of the Clone Wars era, extremely armored and with powerful weapons that have repeatedly saved the crew and allied forces from the enemy.

History/Background Body Paragraph:

Created by Rothana Heavy Engineering, AT-TE was originally conceived as a patrol walker to protect mining facilities from pirates and wild fauna, but when the company received an order for a combat walker for the clone army, they decided to redesign the AT-TE project that already existed at that time for the needs of the clone army. During the first battle on Geonosis, the AT-TE showed themselves perfectly, not every enemy could penetrate the heavy armor of this model of walkers, after the battle on Geonosis, Rothana Heavy Engineering produced several more different models of AT-TE. In addition to the function of an all-terrain vehicle, the AT-TE also performed the function of an assault tank, its armament made it possible to destroy both small droids and well-armored tanks (AAT, for example). After the Clone Wars, most of these walkers were either decommissioned or ended up in the garrisons of the empire on the far ring.Subsequently, after the war, the AT-TE were replaced by the new AT-AT (All Terrain Armored Transport) walkers, which surpassed the AT-TE in terms of firepower and reservation.

In total, the AT-TE had 6 light laser guns and one massdriver gun, laser guns were located in 2 places, 4 guns were located in the front hemisphere next to the cockpit, the other two were in the rear hemisphere at the stern of the armored walker. The massdriver gun was located on the roof, it was capable of firing various types of ammunition with direct fire, or along a ballistic trajectory (like artillery). 

Being an all-terrain vehicle, the AT-TE could accommodate up to 20 clone troopers and 2 light walking vehicles of the AT-RT model

Another strong point of the walker was its armor, even anti-tank mines could not penetrate the walker, bringing only a slight discomfort for the crew inside, but it is worth noting that the walkers were quite easily destroyed when a rocket hit the lower hemisphere.
