General Information Body Paragraph

Barriss Offee was a Jedi Knight who lived from 40 BBY- 19 BBY.  She was a species known as mirialan, and was a padawan of Luminara Unduli, who was of the same species as Barriss.  During the clone wars, Barriss began feeling that the Jedi had lost their ideals, especially the Jedi Council. She decided to act upon her feelings, and organised a bombing of the Jedi Temple to show her distrust of the Jedi Order. After committing this crime, Barriss Offee proceeded to frame Ashoka Tano, A Padawan of Anakin Skywalker for the crimes that she had committed. Barriss Offee went as far as to disguise herself as the Sith Apprentice Asajj Ventress in order to successfully frame Ashoka.  Eventually, Barriss Offee was Brought to justice by Anakin Skywalker. Barriss Offee showed her true colours to the Tribunal, which was proof that she had been corrupted by the dark side, which was enough proof for her to be sent away. 

History/Background Body Paragraph

Barriss Offee served in the first and second battles of Geonosis. Around 4 months into the first battle, Barriss Offee, along with her master made their way to Ilum, so that Barriss would be able to complete the final construction of her lightsaber. While Barriss Offee and her mater were at Ilum, they got attacked by Separatists. The attack was so severe that it almost destroyed the Temple on Ilum. Luckily, Offee and her master were saved by Grandmaster Yoda. After this, Offee retired from fighting in the war for some time. She spent this time volunteering at a medical clinic helping other Injured Jedi. Barriss Offee died in 40 BBY, after being shot to death by an AT-TE. 

Additional Information Body Paragraph

Barriss Offee was known to be friends with Ahsoka Tano up until Barriss framed her for the bombing of the Jedi Temple. They had a strong bond because they both fought together in the second battle of Geonosis. Offee was known to often prefer studying old Jedi texts rather than performing in combat.  Barriss, along with her master, would often watch meetings between the Jedi Council and the Supreme Chancellor.
