Jyn Erso known by many names such as Kestrel Dawn, Jyn, Dawn, and more. Jyn Erso was a soldier for the Rebel Alliance and a former criminal. She was the one that led Rouge One to steal the Death Star plans during the Battle of Scarif. She was saved by the Rebels to see if she knew any information on her father Galen Erso who was the lead scientist for the Death Star project. After learning she knew nothing, Jyn convinced the Alliance to let her go to Jedha to meet with Saw Gerrera because he adlegetly knew information about Galen Erso. After getting there she watches a hologram message that tells her how to blow up the Death Star

History/Background Body Paragraph:
Jyn Erso was born on the planet of Vallt and living a peaceful life devoted to the Church of the Force. Without any warning the Director Orson Krennic landed on Vallt to bring Galen Erso to help build the Death Star. Galen told his daughter Jyn to go hide in the mountains and was told she would be safe. Her mother would succumb to her wounds from a blaster bullet that was fired at her because she had attempted to Assassinate Director Krennic. 

Additional Information Body Paragraph:
After hearing the message she rushes to the planet of Eadu to only see her father die at the hands of Director Krennic. After this she inspires the Alliance to lead an attack on the planet Scarif where she would steal the Death Star plans and die due to the Death Star’s laser.
