Jedi Librarian & Historian Jocasta Nu was a Force-Sensitive human female born on Coruscant around 100 BBY before the Battle of Yavin. Jocasta Nu served as the Chief Librarian of the Jedi Archives. She would always help her fellow Jedi’s to find the information they needed. At some point Jocasta Nu was a member of the Jedi High Council.

History/Background Body Paragraph:

 She was taken by the Jedi Order at an early age to be trained in the ways of the Force. She was trained by an unknown Jedi Master. She passed the Jedi Trail thus becoming a Jedi Knight. Jocasta would continue the path of a Jedi Council. She would be a researcher in the field of archaeology. Jocasta would travel the galaxy gathering information for the Jedi Archives. Jocasta took Jarek as her apprentice until he passed the Jedi Trails. He would become a Knight by himself. After that, she was eventually appointed as the chief librarian in the Temple. Around 62 BBY Jocasta Nu became a part of the Jedi High Council. She wouldn't last it long because ten years later she stepped down from the Council. After that Jocasta would begin wearing robes imprinted with ancient and Saada patterns which famous Jedi Historians wear such eight rows. Jocasta took her last Padawan by 44 BBY. In 22 BBY Obi-Wan Kenobi came into the Jedi Archives searching for the planet Kamino. Obi-Wan Kenobi couldn't find the planet Kamino, so Jocasta Nu had to assist Obi-Wan Kenobi. Bet Jocasta Nu is sad that the system Obi-Wan Kenobi was searching for doesn't exist. Obi-Wan said that maybe the Archives were incomplete because he couldn't believe the system didn't exist. Jocasta was irritated about that. Not long after the Clone Wars began, Ahsoka Tano was assigned to guard duty in the Jedi Archives as a punishment for her disobeying orders on the battlefield. Jocasta Nu would show her around the Archives. In 19 BBY when Order 66 was issued and the elimination of the Jedi began. The Republic was reorganized into the Galactic Empire. As the Jedi were being destroyed she went into hiding. She started to record many holocrons to attempt to start a school for new Jedi.

Jocasta was eventually overwhelmed by Vader in the jedi Temple, so she decided to commit suicide, to keep the information that she held to die with her. Vader would catch her with the Force while she was falling. Vader unlocked Jocasta's memory crystal containing the list of Force Sensitive children across the Galaxy. After that Vader killed Jocasta Nu. Jocasta Nu became one with the Force.
