General Information Body Paragraph:

Constructed sometime before the Battle of Naboo, R0-GR was a veteran battle droid who served several battles across the galaxy. R0-GR, or “Roger,” stood at just under two meters tall as a B1 battle droid with a masculine personality. The majority of his body was painted bronze or brown, with his right arm being painted white. Roger initially fought alongside the Separatist Droid Army but eventually converted to the Rebel Alliance.

History/Background Body Paragraph:

Roger was manufactured on Geonosis before 32 BBY and was created alongside the Trade Federation Droid Army. Roger and the droid army invaded the planet of Naboo but were eventually defeated by the Republic and the Gungans. The Trade Federation’s army soon merged with the Separatists Droid Army during the Clone Wars. The CIS Droid Army was led by General Grievous and Count Dooku, both of whom pledged their allegiance to Darth Sidious. Despite being destroyed numerous times throughout the Clone Wars, Roger was able to salvage remnant parts and reassemble himself for future use. However, by the end of the Clone Wars, R0-GR was shut down and decommissioned as a battle droid.

R0-GR was sent to the planet of Ord Tellarom where he was rebooted and programmed by the Freemakers family. He was reassigned to take care of the children and aid the family in any way necessary. After some time, Roger felt as if he were a member of the family and lived a meaningful life filled with hobbies and entertainment. Roger wrote several books himself about the different droids he had encountered throughout his years and even wrote about his own adventures. However, the reviews regarding his books were generally negative and noted that they were of low quality.
