General Information Body Paragraph: The homeworld of the Sith, Moraband is a desolate planet in the Esstran sector of the outer rim. It was known long ago as Korriaban. Moraband has a very hot climate, breathable atmosphere, and mountainous terrain. One notable location on Moraband includes The Valley of the Dark Lords. The Valley of the Dark Lords was essentially a wasteland, filled with the tombs of various Sith Lords including the infamous Darth Bane. Many Sith Temples were built on Moraband, such as a Temple built in the Valley of the Dark Lords which was the largest monument in the Valley. There was also another notable temple on Moraband that contained the Sword of Khashyun, a Sith artifact forged by a faction of Dowutin Sith warriors. The Fauna on Moraband is scarce, only having one noted species. The Moraband Serpent is a snake that can cluster together with others of its kind to create a huge serpent and speak collectively. 

History/Background Body Paragraph: Moraband was once a lush habitat that was left desolate by the Sith’s numerous wars like other Sith planets such as Exegol or Ziost. The Sith never forgot about its existence though. Darth Bane, who created the rule of two was the last of the Sith to be buried on Moraband. Many Sith secrets were stored on Moraband, Sidious had found a large Sith Holocron on one of his first visits to Moraband and took it back to Coruscant with him. Moraband has been visited by Jedi on multiple occasions, during the Clone Wars, Yoda was sent to Moraband on his quest to discover the secrets of eternal consciousness. As he explored Moraband he encountered a group of Moraband Serpents who were conjured by the Force Priestess who sent Yoda to Moraband. He also encountered visions created by Dooku and Sidious who were trying to corrupt Yoda for Sidious’ ultimate plan as well as Sith spirits such as Darth Bane himself. After the Galactic Civil War, Luke Skywalker visited Moraband intending to learn more about the force. 

Additional Information Body Paragraph: The Temple in the Valley of the Dark Lords contained many rooms including the tomb of Darth Bane. It also housed an execution room used to sacrifice Jedi prisoners. The Temple that held the Sword of Khashyun was protected in many ways. Sith hounds and giant sentries guarded it, many booby traps also helped to prevent intruders. This suggests that other Sith Temples may have dangers that protect secrets.
