The omnivorous Splox species inhabited the planet Bogano. In appearance, they resembled insects magnified to abnormal proportions. They were non-sentient, but would work together as groups to direct coordinated attacks at their prey within their residence in the mesas and wetlands of Bogano.

History/Background Body Paragraph:

Splox became formidable hunters to the Bogling species because of a combination of behavior and appearance. They were large and their four legs, thin but sharp wings, and conspicuous orange and blue coloring intimidated the victims of their acerbic hunting.

Additional Information Body Paragraph:

Often working and living in packs, the Splox  frequently hunted the Bogling species, and they strike and dodge hostile movements very quickly. Their swift evasive tactics were only futile against Cal Kestis, when he ventured to Bogano in 14 BBY and killed several in defense. His Psychometry, or usage of the Force to sense history, allows the observation of this information.
