Sabine Wren was a Mandalorian from the Clan Wren. She was fascinated by art and was credited with helping design the Rebel logo. Sabine Wren joined the rebel Spectres group after escaping from the Imperial Academy. She was also highly brilliant and created a dangerous super weapon.

History/Background Body Paragraph:

Sabine Wren was born in 21 BBY on the planet Mandalore to her parents, Ursa Wren, and Alrich Wren. She joined the Imperial Academy as a youth and began working on an Arc Pulse Generator which vaporized both beskar armor and the wearer of the armor. She called this superweapon “duchess” after the Duchess Satine Kryze of Mandalore. The Empire became interested in her machine and began to test it on her very own people. Sabine destroyed the weapon but was exiled by her family and people. She escaped the Imperial Academy with her friend Ketsu Onyo and they became bounty hunters. The two split in the end, however, and Sabine joined the rebel Spectres cell on Lothal. During one of their many missions, Sabine and the Jedi Knight, Kanan Jarrus went to the planet Dathomir to rescue the Jedi Padawan, Ezra Bridger. Sabine found the Darksaber in the cave of the nightsisters,  took it, and trained with it. Sabine went to her former home, Krownest, where her family greeted her with coldness. Gar Saxon was called by her mother and given the Darksaber. In a desperate effort to save her family, Sabine fought Gar Saxon with the lightsaber of Ezra Bridger and rightfully won the Darksaber. However, she did not feel called to lead Mandalore and instead gave it to Bo-Katan Kryze. Sabine then left her family and returned to the rebellion. Sabine greatly helped during the siege on Lothal and was then given a mission by Ezra Bridger. Ezra said in a transmission that he was counting on her. Sabine came to realize that he was counting on her to help find him after he was taken away with the Purrgil. She and Ahsoka Tano set off to find both Ezra Bridger and Grand Admiral Thrawn.

Sabine had a younger brother named Tristen Wren. The two enjoyed sibling rivalry and dueling. Sabine got her love of art from her father, who was also an artist.
