The AT-RT is a wonderful lightweight walking vehicle of the Clone Wars era, used by the army of the Galactic Republic and many planetary state governments. The AT-RT had weapons mainly against infantry: a light automatic blaster cannon and a grenade launcher made the AT-RT a dangerous enemy for infantry, and high maneuverability and jumping ability gave an even greater advantage for the Republican Walker.

History/Background Body Paragraph:

During the war with the Confederation of Independent Systems (CIS), the AT-RT created by Kuat Drive Yards showed all its advantages and disadvantages. Incredible mobility, good maneuverability, and relatively small dimensions made the AT-RT an excellent reconnaissance transport, and light but effective weapons allowed it to carry out fire support for ordinary soldiers.

Despite all the advantages, the AT-RT also had a number of disadvantages, such as the absence of a closed cabin, relatively low autonomy, low load capacity, and complexity in production due to the characteristics of the chassis.
