C-3PO (See-Threepio) turned into a 3PO-collection protocol droid designed to engage with organics, programmed on the whole for etiquette and protocol. On one occasion, Amidala was captured by Jabba's uncle Ziro in the course of a venture to reopen communications with the Hutts after Jabba's son Rotta was abducted by the separatist chief, Count Dooku. Amidala contacted C-3PO, who in turn contacted the Coruscant Guard, which promptly raided Ziro’s palace and freed Amidala. Meanwhile, Skywalker and his Padawan Ahsoka Tano controlled to rescue Rotta and go back him adequately to his father. C-3PO and his comrades' moves helped the Republic win over Jabba, who later signed a good treaty with them.
