General Information Body Paragraph:

Reaching 150 meters in length, the CR90 was used by the Republic as a Diplomatic ship. They would even be used by the Rebellion and Empire as combat ships despite their lack of combat practicality. The CR90 Corvette was created by the Corellian Engineering Corporation with the intention of being used by Senators and had the potential of carrying over 100 passengers if needed. However, they would be equipped with two dual laser turrets, with a few rigged with six dual turbo laser turrets.

History/Background Body Paragraph:

Both the Republic and the Galactic Empire used these ships, both by Senators and military units. Bail Organa owned one on Alderaan, which he named the Tantive IV. His rebel faction used numerous CR90s  and even assisted R2D2 and C-3PO on the planet of Lothal. Years later when the plans for the Death Star were captured by the Rebellion, Princess Leia Organa was captured on Tantive IV by Darth Vader and the Galactic Empire.

Within the Pheonix Cell, the largest rebel squadron, five CR90 Corvettes were active under the leadership of Jun Sato. After a defeat on Lothal, Commander Jun Sato took one of the CR90 Corvettes to safety, naming it the Liberator as he attempted to help those oppressed by the Empire. The Liberator and another Corvette, Transport One, would bring food and security to planets with people starving under the rule of the Empire. However, Transport One was destroyed on the planet of Ibaar, later reconstructed and took use of Prototype B6, a Bevel Wing that brought a vast amount of firepower to their defenses. The CR90 Corvette would eventually become a rare sight in the galaxy, as many of the remaining Corvettes were destroyed in 35 ABY on the planet of Exegol.
