The Imperial Inquisitorius was a group of Sith Assassins and Inquisitors recruited by The Galactic Empire to hunt down Jedi Survivors after Order 66. 

History/Background Body Paragraph:
The Imperial Inquisitorius was made up of former Jedi who had fallen to the dark side to avoid being killed by the Empire due to fear, as well as Force Sensitives recruited by the Empire since young to he trained. One such notable member of the Inquisitorius was the Grand Inquisitor, who was a former Jedi Temple Guardian who betrayed his fellow guardsmen and Jedi and turned to the dark side during Order 66, when the clone trooper 501st legion raised The Jedi Temple. The grand inquisitor was tempted by Darth Sidious to turn to the dark side to avoid being killed just before order 66 happened, and he accepted the offer and followed through with Darth Sidious’s plan. 

Additional Information Body Paragraph:
The training which the Imperial Inquisitors was deadly, gruesome and brutal. They were all personally trained by the Emperor, as well as Darth Vader. Unfortunately for the Inquisitors, the training regimen conducted by Vader was less forgiving than what the Emperor did. Vader often mutilated the Inquisitors bodies by slicing their limbs off and physically injuring and torturing them to the edge of Death and stopping right before they die. Vader hated the Inquisitors due to two reasons, they were former Jedi, which Vader hated, as well as because he believed the Inquisitorius to be an insult to his personal ability, believing that the Emperor did not trust him that they needed another group of Sith Assassins to hunt Jedi for them, which made Vader think that Sidious thought Vader was not up to the task.
