Qui-gon-Jinn was a Force-Sensitive male born on Coruscant in the year 80 BBY and was raised at the Jedi Temple on Coruscant, before being apprenticed at the age of 10 to Jedi Knight Dooku. After years of training under Dooku. Qui-Gon-Jinn was also a Jedi Knight who questioned the ways of the Jedi Council along with rejecting a seat on the Jedi Council when it was offered a seat on the Jedi Council but Ultimately rejected the offer. Qui-gon also trained 2 Successful Jedi Knight to Knighthood.

History/Background Body Paragraph:

Qui-gon-Jinn was a Force-Sensitive male born on Coruscant in the year 80 BBY and was raised at the Jedi Temple on Coruscant, before being apprenticed at the age of 10 to Jedi Knight Dooku. After years of training under Dooku, he was announced a Jedi Knight successfully training his First Padawan, a farmer's son named Feemor who eventually became a Jedi Master Himself. Shortly after that Jinn took upon himself another apprentice (2nd Padawan) named Xanatos whom Jinn himself had discovered and brought to the Jedi Temple Xanatos had a desire for power but Jinn himself was marveled by his padawan prowess so much that he turned a blind eye to Xanatos flaws.  However, Qui-gonJinn was faced with his Padawan true nature when on a secret mission to stop a civil war & dispute on Xanatos’s homeworld of Telos IV. During this mission, Xanatos ultimately fell to the Dark side of the force and sided with his father Crion. The power-hungry governor, who had orchestrated the insurgency to further his own goals. In order to stop the way, Jinn had to confront Crion, who was accidentally killed in the process, Xanatos fled from the planet, swearing revenge on his Master. Devastated by his apprentice's betrayal, Jinn blamed himself for Xanatos's fall, believing in his inability as a Master and renouncing his earlier success with Feemor. Jinn swore never to take upon himself another apprentice until he met Jedi Trainee Obi-wan-Kenobi during a mission to the planet Bandomeer in 44 BBY. Jinn took Kenobi as his third Apprentice starting their twelve years of training together, Jinn and Kenobi Participated in Kenobi's numerous missions across the galaxy, most notably fighting side by side against Xanatos. who attempted to exact revenge on his master, but ultimately the fallen apprentice took his own life when cornered by Jinn and Kenobi.

In 32 BBY, Qui-gon-Jinn and Kenobi were assigned by Supreme Chancellor Finis Valorum as ambassadors to the Trade Federation, which had recently blockaded the planet of Naboo against the recent newly Taxation laws, the Trade Federation led by Viceroy Nute Gunray attempted to take control of the Planet by blockading it till it surrendered and launching a full-scale invasion as well, Obi-wan-Kenobi and Qui-gon went to the surface to the safe queen Padme Amidala, agreeing to escort her Coruscant in order to report the Trade Federations act of aggression towards the people of Naboo. On their way to Naboo, their ship's hyperdrive shot and broke and they had to make a forced landing in Tatooine where they met a young boy named Anakin skywalker who was 9 years old slave boy with great Force Potential. The young Anakin Skywalker helped them get the needed money to buy a new hyper-drive and entered the pod race, due to his Jedi Reflexes he was able to win the pod race and get the new Hyper-drive installed. Before they took off they were mysteriously attacked by a presumably dark Jedi knight by the name of Darth Maul and just narrowly escaped him.  Anakin joined Qui-Jon-gin and Obi-wan-Kenobi to head to Coruscant and introduce the young boy to the Jedi Council and ask for him to be trained as Qui-Gon's new apprentice all though the council rejected him and said that he was too old along with having too many attachments with fear of being away from home. The Jedi master and Apprentice then went back to Naboo and confronted the sith lord within the hangar as the pilots took off to destroy the Confederation's control ship. Master Qui-gon was struck down by Darth Maul but Obi-wan managed to get the upper hand and sliced Maul in half. With Qui-Gon's final words he asked Obi-wan to train Anakin as a Jedi Knight. Following the events on Naboo and the confrontation with Darth Maul obi-wan was granted the rank of Jedi Knight and Skywalker would become his apprentice.

Qui-gon also had trained under the Force Priestesses on how to become a Force Ghost and later taught that technique to Yoda & Obi-wan while on their exile on Dagobah & Tatooine during the early years of the Empire. Qui-gon also taught all of his apprentices to question the ways of the Council and always follow the will of the Force no matter what the council desired. This was highly unpopular with the Jedi High Council.
