General Information Body Paragraph:
In the Jedi Order padawans in order to become a knight would have to take their Trials of Knighthood or also known as Jedi Ceremonies & Jedi Rituals. The trials would be handed out to padawans who were seen as worthy by the Jedi High Council. Sometimes these trials would also be taken by Knights so they can achieve the rank of Jedi Master.

History/Background Body Paragraph: 

The trials would be made up of several different trials. These trials are known as the trials of skill, courage, flesh, spirit, and insight. The Trial of skill was a way to test someone's skill with a lightsaber but to also see their self-discipline. The trial would challenge you on Physical, combative, and mental tests. The Trial of Courage was basically if you did something heroic on a battlefield like defeating a Sith Lord then you would have passed the trial. The trial of flesh was a gruesome trial as the padawan would face hardship, loss, or even physical pain and it could sometimes result in death. The trial of spirit was one that had padawans find the darkness within themselves and fight it. The trial of Insight would have the padawan use the force too see what the naked eye could not.

The Trial of Insight was the last trial given to padawans. While the Trial of Skill was the oldest.
