Savareen is a planet on the outer rim of the galaxy. It borders the Middle Rim and is close to Tatooine and Geonsis. Although it is a desert planet, there are major oceans on the planet. It was used for a time to refine the highly unstable coaxial for further use.

History/Background Body Paragraph:

10 BBY, Han Solo, Tobias Beckett, Lando Calrissian, Chewbacca and Qi'ra brought stolen coaxium to Savareen to refine it and later deliver it to Dryden Vos. The plan was interrupted, however, when Enfys Nest and her resistance group arrived and convinced Han Solo not to hand over the coaxium to Dryden Vos, but to trick him. The plan went awry, however, when Tobias Beckett betrayed Han Solo and thus allied himself with Dryden Vos. While Dryden Vos, Han Solo and Qi'ra duel, Beckett escapes with the coaxium and Chewbacca as hostage. Dryden Vos died in the fight between Han and Qi'ra, so Han went after him and killed Beckett as well. In the end, Han and Chewbacca handed over the coaxium to Enfy's Nest, while Qi'ra escaped with Dryden's ship and took over the Crimson Dawn Syndicate.

Before the event of 10 BBY, the natives of Savareen made a pact with Crimson Dawn, but when they tried to rise up against Crimson Dawn, their tongues were cut out.
