Born before 5000 BBY, Odan-Urr was discovered by the Jedi to be Force-sensitive and was taken to the temple to be trained by them. After arriving on Ossus, he was eventually selected for training by the Celegian Jedi Master, Ooroo.

History/Background Body Paragraph

Ooroo served as an instructor for the Praxeum on Ossus, where Odan-Urr read and studied at his Master's vast library. Odan-Urr was intrigued by the history of the Sith and, with the permission of his Master, studied many ancient Sith documents in a curious and passionate effort to learn more. When the Unification Wars in the Koros system broke out, Odan-Urr played a vital role in helping Empress Teta and Memit Nadill and even a  brief apprenticeship with Nadill took place during this time. During the Great Hyperspace War, in which Odan-Urr lost his Master, he played a major role. Following the wars, he discovered a holocron owned by Naga Sadow, which enabled him to make insightful discoveries about the Sith. As a result of remembering his Master's dying words, he constructed the Great Jedi Library on Ossus, a reliable source of knowledge for aspiring knights.

On the planet Deneba, Odan-Urr called a massive Jedi convocation. They discussed the Krath cult and how they were going to deal with them. Although the droids present turned on the Jedi and attempted to kill him, Odan-Urr survived. The plan Ulic Qel-Droma discussed at the conclave ultimately ended in failure, and eventually Exar Kun arrived on Ossus to recruit Jedi to his cause. Overhearing Odan-Urr speak about the holocron he obtained, Kun desired it for himself and killed Urr - fulfilling Ooroo's prophecy of the Draethos, dying whilst surrounded by his books.
