General Information Body Paragraph: 

The Cathar species have a yellow-brown sometimes gold with dark stripes skin color. They live up to 85 years; sometimes those connected with the force could maybe live up to 200. Their homeworld Cathar has a native language known as Catharese. Looking like lions the males had an average height of about 1.8 meters while the females went up to 1.6 meters.

History/Background Body Paragraph:
The species cathar being native to the planet Cathar were a species of feline. They had great passion, loyalty, and temper. Being very efficient predators they were also great warriors. Cathar had very thick manes and their bodies were covered with fur. On their planet of Cathar they lived in trees where they had built cities. Being organized into clans they were led by those known as “elders”.

Female Cahthars were seen as prized slaves. On the other hand Male Cathars were seen as too wild to be enslaved. Also, as apart of their religion they would hold a ritual known as blood hunts. In such events, they would go into one one-on-one combat against one from their own nest in order to clear their inner darkness and gain pride/honor.
