Wookiees were a species of tall, hairy humanoids that were from planet Kashyyyk. Despite their scary and savage appearance, Wookiees are intelligent, sophisticated, loyal, and trusting. On the other hand, they get very easily angry, and they will not stop until the object of their distemper is completely destroyed.

History/Background Body Paragraph:

The Empire enslaved the Wookiees for their strength. Wookiee captives were used for projects like the Maw Installation and the Death Stars. After the Battle of Endor, the Wookiees had been liberated from slavery with the aid of using the Alliance of Free Planets. Unfortunately, the peace was short-lived. The Empire reestablished a presence on Kashyyyk and enslaved the Wookiees once more. Furthermore, the planet also welcomed trade, and its city of Thikkiiana became a major exporter of computer technology. However, this made it the goal of the dealers of the Second Imperium. The Wookiees continued to serve the New Republic, and after the liberation of Coruscant, celebrations took place on the planet.
