Padme represented the Chomell Sector as a member of the Galactic Senate.. After that, she was chosen as the Queen of Naboo. As Queen of Naboo, Padme fought valiantly to free her people during the Trade Federation invasion in 32 BBY, becoming one in every one of the galaxy's most respected politicians. Senator Amidala actively participated in many events during the Clone Wars. She was a crucial figure, both in political and military schemes.During the Clone Wars, she was married in secret to Anakin Skywalker, a member of the Jedi Order, following the Battle of Geonosis. Later, Skywalker and Amidala conceived Luke and Leia Skywalker, and Amidala remained in the public scene during her pregnancy up until her death following Order 66.

She was born in 46 BBY, during the height of the Republic. Padmé Naberrie (her birth name) was raised by her parents, Jobal, her mother, and her father, Ruwee. They resided in a peaceful place in Naboo. Regardless of the blissful background of the Naberrie family, she was classified early for her potential in helping out others by her public services. She devoted her life to civic duties. She was then elected to become the queen, therefore adopting the regnal name “Amidala”.

Although she did live comfortably, Amidala's life was tainted with strife and trauma.. Padme died following Order 66, witnessing the turning of her husband, Anakin Skywalker, into a Sith Lord known as Darth Vader. She ultimately lost the will to live following an encounter where Skywalker choked her with the Force.. However, before her death, she gave birth to twins whom were later named Luke and Leia.Despite Skywalker's fall to the darkside,, she still believed that there was goodness in him. At her state funeral, thousands of Naboo gathered on the streets of Theed to pay their respects to their one and only senator.
