Wookiee Species

General Information Body Paragraph:

Wookies are hairy humanoid creatures, native to the planet of Kashyyyk. There is a Wookiee sub-species called Silverback, which in appearance is just a cleaner version of the Wookies. Wookiees hair colors could be brown, black, gray or white.

History/Background Body Paragraph:

Wookiees first originated from the planet of Kashyyyk, in the Mid Rim Forest. The Wookiee civilization was much behind other places, using tools in the ancient past that had little more capability than firing poison darts or arrows.

Additional Information Body Paragraph:

When the Rebel Alliance attempted invasion of the planet, the Empire ambushed them, and Kashyyyk was completely destroyed in place. In the New Republic era, the trees finally grew back and villages were built once again.
