General Information Body Paragraph:

Exar Kun is a human male born at an undisclosed location during 4000BBY. The Jedi order found him and brought him to their temple on Dantooine where they would train him in the ways of the force.  Kun had great talent in lightsaber combat, making him feel immense pride in his skills. his master would train him to hone his lightsaber skills by making him duel two Cathar lovers. 

History/Background Body Paragraph:

Exar Kun took a great fascination in the Sith as a padawan, this would lead him to steal a Sith holocron from his master Vodo-Siosk Baas. Kun sought the Holocron to become a great Jedi, which he had a great desire to do. The Holocron told the young boy about a fallen Jedi that conquered and ruled over Onderon as a Sith king, while studying this Holocron his master walked in and scolded him for giving into the temptation of his curiosity.

Kun had been tempted by the dark side many times, all of which his master ignored, but one day during a training duel his master could no longer ignore Kun’s pull to the dark side. Kun dueled the two lovers as he normally would, but this time he made the mistake of taunting his opponent. Sylvar was his opponent, her lover was too weak-willed so Kun beat him quickly. When Kun started taunting her, she gave into her rage and clawed his face, leaving a permanent scar. After Sylvar clawed Kun he gave into his rage and almost killed Sylvar, however his master quickly stopped the duel by getting between them. Baas challenged Kun to a duel, quickly finding a way to knock the boy off of his feet to make the boy realize he was arrogant. The boy again gave in to his rage as he was on the ground and used the force to grab an actual saber, overpowering his master with his use of the two blades. He went on the offensive and won the duel, breaking his master’s force staff in the process.

The dark side had started to begin to bobble up inside Kun, his master had ignored it for too long and it was already too late. Kun left his master soon after the duel was won. His interest in the Sith's knowledge had grown to the point that he flew to the planet Onderon, wishing to learn more about the fallen Jedi he learned about from the Holocron in his former master’s hut. Kun convinced the people of Onderon that he was a Jedi archaeologist. He had many people convinced, but one day a Jedi confronted him, knowing he wasn’t a Jedi archaeologist, and attempted to banish the boy from the planet. After this encounter, Kun decided that he would learn about the Sith with or without the help of the Jedi and eventually, he found himself in the tomb of Freedon Nadd, the man that he learned about from the Holocron. 

The tomb of Freedon Nadd was secretly hidden on the moon Dxun by the same Jedi who pointed out that Kun wasn’t a Jedi Archaeologist. Many beasts guarded the tomb, but Kun easily defeated them without a problem. Once Kun got to the tomb he discovered that the tomb was made out of Mandalorian iron, which his lightsaber failed to cut. Somehow Kun got into the tomb after feeling some strange power. When he got to the coffin of Nadd, the spirit of Nadd emerged from the coffin. Nadd ordered the boy to remove his body from the coffin, giving Kun a gift that was hidden beneath his corpus. Kun, now in possession of the scrolls Nadd gave him, left the tomb. The two men who helped Kun locate the tomb attempted to steal the scrolls from Kun only to be struck down by his blade. The boy was now concerned about how easily he gave in to his anger, especially after his first encounter with a Sith lord. He left the planet after deciding not to dwell on his emotions. His next stop is the homeworld of the Sith, the planet Korriban.

Additional Information Body Paragraph:

Kun learned about Korriban from the scrolls he was given, as he arrived on the planet he was unaware that Nadd had evil intentions by giving Kun the scrolls. Kun explored the world out of curiosity when he heard Nadd’s voice calling to him from a tomb, leading him to it. Inside the tomb, Kun found a large crystal containing souls from masters who died at the hands of Sith. When Kun removed the crystal, the tomb caved in. Barely clutching onto life, Kun heard Nadd whisper into his ear “You’ll only survive if you give into the dark side.” Kun ran out of options, he had crushed most of his bones, and he finally gave into the dark side fully.
