During the Clone Wars, Rish Loo, a male Gungan minister, was a member of the Gungan High Council. Rish Loo was a renowned Gungan magician who had the power to subdue Boss Lyonie. By collaborating with the commander of the Separatists, Count Dooku, Loo betrayed the Galactic Republic and the Gungan council.

History/Background Body Paragraph: 

By collaborating with Separatist commander Count Dooku and utilizing his understanding of Gungan magic to sway Boss Lyonie's decision to suggest a Gungan army attack on the Naboo city of Theed with Separatist troops, Loo betrayed the Galactic Republic and the council. Lyonie was approached by Loo when Anakin Skywalker and Padmé Amidala learned of the scheme and took the command necklace from her. Loo then stabbed the Boss. Loo then escaped to the surface and met with the Gungan troops, telling them that Lyonie was slain by the Naboo to provoke an invasion. Due to their remarkable similarity and Lyonie's unconsciousness at the time, Jar Jar Binks, who pretended to be Lyonie, foiled Loo's scheme and exposed his duplicity. Skywalker chased after Loo as she ran. To punish Loo for his incompetence, Count Dooku lit his lightsaber through Loo as he guided Skywalker all the way to his lair.
