Although this was not always the case, but by itself the presence of ISD in any star system completely discouraged any illegal immigrants from wanting to establish their own orders or arrange any illegal actions. During the operation of these ships, various varieties and experimental models based on standard ISDs appeared, so for example, you can single out the imperial star destroyer “Elligency”, which, although it did not have hangars, could boast incredible firepower superior to the same ISDs. ISDs served the galaxy for many years, first under the banner of the empire, then they moved to the fleet of the new republic and after that they already got into the fleet of the first order.
