General Information Body Paragraph:

The Horax are a massive reptilian creature that reside on the planet Nelvaan, located in the Outer Rim Territories. They could grow up to 15 meters tall due to the low gravity of the planet. The Horax had bulky frames underneath knobby blue skin, eyes of reddish-orange hues, and 4 saber-like fangs from their mouths. 

History/Background Body Paragraph:

In 19 BBY, towards the end of the Clone Wars, Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker and Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi, along with their Clone units were deployed  on Nelvaan in pursuit of General Grievous. Upon their arrival on the planet, they were attacked by a Horax, occurring in the death of  their entire unit. It was later killed by Anakin Skywalker.

The Horax were solitary, territorial creatures that relied on a carnivorous diet, preying on Siltcrawler colonies, they usually fought each other for territory and were not able to thrive in cold climates.
