General Information Body Paragraph:

The stormtroopers were the soldier of the Galactic Empire, they served mainly against the Rebels and they were one of the most important resources for the Empire.

History/Background Body Paragraph:

The stormtroopers were created with the purpose to serve the Empire in their battles to control the Galaxy.

Palpatine kept using the Clone as soldiers, but he immediately understand that the Clones grew up faster than humans and the cost was very expensive.

In the Imperial Academy placed in the whole Galaxy, the Empire started recruiting human cadets, and many of them were volunteers.

The stormtroopers were usually equipped with the blaster E-11 and with white armor.

They also wear different armor for other situations; indeed they were many of them were trained for many roles like heavy soldiers, snipers, hand-to-hand combat or recognition, etc.

The stormtroopers had many divisions that they could have joined if their superiors would have selected them; these divisions were: Death Trooper or Purge Trooper.

Just the best of them could even join the Special Force like Del Meeko that became an agent in the Inferno Squad.

The stormtroopers were divided into many legions, one of the most known was the 501st legion; which took the name of the Clone legion. 

This legion was led by Darth Vader also call it “Punch of Vader”

After the battle of Endor, many of them escaped or left the Empire for joining the Rebellion, which now became the New Republic.

In the battle of Jakku admiral, Sloane gathered many imperial troopers and commanders to build the First Order.

Many of the soldiers of the new order were the son of the old stormtroopers that remained loyal to the Empire.
