The Exploration Corps was a group inside the Jedi Service Corps, this group considers the entire Galaxy as their territory. Members of this group are rarely seen inside the Jedi Temple, instead reside in Exploration Corps outposts located in pretty much every Republic Ordinance depot. These outposts were used for refuelling and planning expeditions in nearby space. The Exploration Corps are used to uncover new Planets, hyper routes, creatures, species, and artifacts. Members of the Exploration Corps make first contact with any species that may join the Galactic Republic.

History/Background Body Paragraph:

The Jedi Exploration Corps/ExplorCorps was founded early in the Jedi and Galactic Republic’s Mutuality. The ExplorCorps was the Archaeological Research Division in the Jedi Service Corps and was responsible for most discoveries of ancient artifacts and species within the Galactic Republic, they also mapped many Hyber-Space routes. Shortly after the Exploration Corps was created, members of this division developed a fleet of Praxeum Ships. In addition to these; Scout, survey and transport ships were added to the fleet. Jedi Researchers also had big relations with the ExplorCorps. Shortly after Order 66 was executed by Chancellor Palpatine, this division was disbanded along with the Jedi Service Corps.

The ExplorCorps was affiliated with the Intergalactic Zoological Society, The Republic Survey Corps, and the Jedi Academy of Archaeology. This was the most fun Division of the Service Corps due to all of the exploration and discoveries.
