Born in 4,000 BBY, Vima Sunrider was a female Jedi Master after the Great Sith War. She was born on H’ratth, a Jedi Academy planet known for producing Jedi healers. Vima was the daughter of two Force-sensitives, one of whom was a Jedi Knight. She was trained under several Jedi Masters, all of whom predicted that Vima would become a great Jedi Master herself.

History/Background Body Paragraph:

In 3,999 BBY, Vima’s father was killed, leaving her mother to train her as an infant. However, her mother was too busy and was often isolated from Vima. She grew up unstable yet independent, and at the age 14 she ran away to continue her training elsewhere. Vima traveled to the planet of Rhen Var where she found former Jedi Knight Ulic Qel-Droma and became his Padawan. Vima trained in the ways of the Jedi and even became a talented sculptor under Ulic. The two grew a connection over time and Vima was able to forge her own lightsaber, but Vima’s mother heard of the news and came to take her back.

During her time as a Padawan, Vima formed many bonds with her fellow Jedi. Master Thon took note of her powers in the Force and connected with her, which Thon had never done before. Over her childhood, Vima could see images of her deceased father as a Force ghost, showing her potential in the Force and the connections she made with those around her. She wielded a green lightsaber and was stubborn to become the best Jedi she could be.
