October 4, 2019
Today, G. Ray Bodley will be taking part in National Smile Day. On the first Friday of October every year, the world celebrates National Smile Day. This year, both students and teachers will get to be a part of the fun.
Students will receive smile post-its from teachers in Guided Study Hall and are encouraged to spread a "smile" to a student, teacher, or staff member. This can be done by writing on the post-it and giving it to someone, wearing a smile post-it with a positive message, posting it somewhere around the school, or even doing a good deed for someone.
Please see this link for more information https://nationaltoday.com/world-smile-day/ on National Smile Day.
The Positivity Project Steering Committee is excited to be helping everyone pass along a school-wide message of positivity.
If you do not want to take part in the post-it action, try to do something nice for someone today to make him or her smile. You never know who needs it the most.
