On Monday, March 18, seniors celebrated the fact that there are only 100 days until graduation. The celebration was a huge success and all of the seniors had a lot of fun and looked great. There was great breakfast pizza and bagels, juice, and more. Seniors also had the chance to sign the "Pledge to Graduate" banner if they had not previously signed it.
Some seniors then competed in many fun games and activities. In one of the activities seniors had to knock down a line of cups with a swinging tennis ball attached to their head with stockings. Another activity the seniors competed in was pairing up and seeing which team could pop a balloon first only using their bodies. That activity ended pretty fast with three teams winning instantly.
Senior Ean Stevenson said, “I thought the food was okay. It was nice to see people I haven't talked to in a while.”
Senior Devan Ketcham said, “It was decent. It was pretty fun.”
After the activities, all of the seniors grouped up by tables and played a game of Kahoot based around the topic of 100. It was really competitive and everyone had a lot of fun playing Kahoot. After that, seniors were encouraged to just chill out with friends and chat or take pictures with the background set up with gold streamers and graduation decorations. Some others also took pictures in front of the "Pledge to Graduate" banner.
Senior Shaylee Cealie said, "It was very fun to begin to celebrate the final 100 days of my senior year. I´m looking forward to the new opportunities college will bring."
