ANYTHING GOES OPENS AT BODLEY -- Quirk's Players of G. Ray Bodley High School proudly present Cole Porter's classic Broadway musical, ANYTHING GOES. The theatrical favorite features such memorable songs as, "Friendship," "I Get A Kick Out of You," "De-lovely," "You're The Top," and "Anything Goes" to name a few. The annual school musical is under the direction of Fulton Teachers Tom Briggs, Thomas Nami, and Rob Lescarbeau with dances choreographed by Doreen Kelly. ANYTHING GOES will be presented Thursday and Friday, March 7 and 8 at 7:30 PM and Saturday, March 9 at 2:00 PM and 7:30 PM in the Bodley Auditorium. Tickets are available at the door.
BON VOYAGE - The S.S. American sets sail for Europe with a debutante, an English lord, a lovelorn Wall Street agent, a gangster and his accomplice in Cole Porter's ANYTHING GOES. Porter's treasure includes a voyage filled with romance, mistaken identities and laughter. Shown here are student members of Quirk's Players at Fulton's G. Ray Bodley High School who are rehearsing the musical number BON VOYAGE. ANYTHING GOES will be presented this Thursday, Friday, and Saturday in the G. Ray Bodley High School Auditorium. Curtain time is set for 7:30 PM each evening with an additional 2:00 PM matinee performance on Saturday. Seating is general admission and tickets are available at the door.
I Get A Kick Out of You" - Quirk's Players of Fulton's G. Ray Bodley High School proudly present ANYTHING GOES this weekend. It is a story of romance, love and laughter. Here Reno Sweeney (played by Alexis Barth) chats with Bill Crocker (Nick Brown) before she sets sail for England. ANYTHING GOES features a beautiful score by Cole Porter that includes such memorable songs as "Friendship," "I Get A Kick Out of You," "It's De-lovely" "Blow, Gabriel, Blow" and "Anything Goes." Mr. Thomas Nami, a faculty member in the GRB Music Department, will serve as the production's music director and will conduct the ANYTHING GOES pit orchestra. ANYTHING GOES is presented by special arrangement with Tams-Witmark Music Library.
