Students Excited for College Plans

By Ian Bogardus

A lot of our seniors have decided to further both their athletic and academic careers. Most kids are staying somewhat local, but some decided to travel out of state.

Sam Cary has decided to continue to play lacrosse and major in Biology. In the future, he hopes to become a doctor. Cary is attending Le Moyne College. Cary is excited to compete at the next level on one of the best Division 2 teams in the country.

Camrin Galvin has decided to continue his wrestling career and is going to partake in general studies until he finds a major of his liking. Galvin is going to college at Gannon University in Pennsylvania. Galvin will be four hours away from home, but he is excited to start this journey.

Andru Walts is yet another wrestler who has also decided to partake in general studies until he finds a major of his liking. Walts is going to Alfred State in Alfred, NY. Walts is eager to start a new chapter in his life.

I have decided to continue to play baseball and complete my general education classes at Onondaga Community College. After OCC, I plan to get my bachelor's degree in exercise science. I am ready for the journey to the next chapter to start.
