This weekend, the varsity wrestling team will be heading to Colonie High School in Albany, New York to compete in a tournament consisting of eight schools from around the state.

Fulton, who previously lost twice to Massapequa High School in 2018 and 2019, will be looking to avenge their semi-finals loss in the NYS Dual Meet tournament against Massapequa, who is now ranked sixth in New York State. Fulton is currently ranked ninth in the state.

The dual meet competition at the tournament as a whole will not be that competitive, but there are certainly many individual match-ups that will be fun to watch.

Senior Cam Galvin said, "This weekend is going to be a true test for us. I am looking forward to wrestling Massapequa who is the number six team in the state."

Assistant Coach Cam Mills stated, "I'm really looking forward to some key match-ups against previous state place-winners."
