Sophomore Alexis Ingersoll recently bowled another perfect game.

Sophomore Throws Third 300

By Joshua Sokolic

Sophomore Alexis Ingersoll recorded her third 300 at a travel bowling league match on Saturday, January 4.

Ingersoll holds the Oswego County record for the youngest girl to throw a 300. She was just 13 years old when she achieved her first perfect score. She was five months short of being the youngest ever in New York State.

Ingersoll had one 300 at the age of 13, one at the age of 14, and now her third at the age of 15. Ingersoll threw this perfect game at Strike and Spare Lanes in Mattydale.

Junior bowler Mitchell Donaldson said, "That's really good and it's even better because it's sanctioned."

This was Ingersoll's second sanctioned 300, meaning it is an official score through an official league.

Congratulations, Alexis!
