GRB's varsity hockey team is having an amazing season so far with seven wins and two losses.

On Tuesday, February 4, GRB played Cazenovia's team in a home match.

The game started with sophomore Jon Dingman (7) scoring the first goal.

Dingman said, "It was a good win and the team worked very hard."

The game became a bit rough when Fulton missed several shots, but it quickly picked back up.

Senior Patrick Galvin (24) was penalized twice, once for roughing and once for elbowing.

The biggest highlight from the game was senior Jadon Lee's (1) forty-two saves during the game.

"The game was very interesting and the boys did a good job and pulled through with a win," junior Libby McDermott said.

With much support from family and friends, GRB's varsity players won the game with a final score of 4-0.

Sophomore goalie Trey White said it was a good win, but the team is more concerned about Thursday's game.

On Thursday, February 6, the boys will face Baldwinsville in another home match.
