Plans for the Return to Normal

By Hailey LaClaire

I’m sure that everyone is patiently awaiting the end of this time in our lives and I can safely say that I am, as well. Though this virus has messed up our daily schedules, at least we can all learn to appreciate our lives from before.

When all of this is over, I plan to see all of my friends and take my road test. I miss being able to spend time with my friends and family and even going to school. I really hope that all of this blows over by summer time, because I would like to be able to go on trips and go to the fair.

G. Ray Bodley students have lots of ideas for what they would like to do once this is over.

“I want to go out and do stuff. I want to go to restaurants, the movies, the mall, and see my friends. I also want to see my girlfriend," junior Damien Hickman said.

“The first thing I want to do is see my friends,” junior Evlynn Cappelletti said.

Senior Kayleigh LaBeef feels the same way and said, "I want to spend time with my friends."

I believe many of us can agree that friends and family are the first things that come to mind when asked what we envision once this is all over. Even though this virus keeps us apart, we are all truly together in spirit.
