Prom is Here

Prom is taking place this Saturday, May 4, at Alex’s on the Water in Oswego from 7-11 p.m. Many juniors are getting ready for a night to remember, with their tuxedos and dresses ready to go.

This year's prom theme is "Red Carpet.” Decorations will include a red carpet and balloon arc along with many other decorations to beautify the venue. Everyone is hoping for good weather and clear skies for some good pictures.

Foreign exchange student Rebecca Fenili stated, “It’s a once-in-a-lifetime experience that I will never forget. I’m so thankful for being able to be a part of it and I will remember it for the rest of my life.”

Senior and last year's Prom King Collin Bennett explained, “Prom is really fun. It’s a good time to be able to get away from all of the school work and be able to relax and have fun with your friends for one night.”
